Olivia brings a 20+ year track record of delivering growth through integrated leadership, teaming, strategy and transformation work. Her ability to integrate these three levers of professional and personal success; to catalyse substantial and rapid results; and to partner for sustained impact are what differentiates her. Olivia has served as an executive, consultant and coach and facilitator across industries and the globe – with her most recent in-house role being Asia Director for a NYSE25 multinational. Olivia has a unique skill in blending the behavioural with the commercial, the transformative with the practical, along with insight and creativity, to make for strong results with any client.

Olivia works with C-Suite and Board teams; their successors, executives and top talent; cross-company partnerships and entrepreneurs. Industries she has worked across include: Health, Agriculture, Education; Technology & Multimedia; Consumer & Creative; Transport, Construction & Infrastructure | Property; Professional & Financial Services; Manufacturing & Resources; and Industry Associations, Not For Profit & Government. She has also served as an Executive Team member of a global technology start-up.

Olivia’s career included various senior roles at The Coca-Cola Company, working across most parts of the business and it’s ecosystem across the globe, focusing on strategy and change, transformation and operational efficiency. Her grounding in peak performance space was originally built at Accenture, EDS (now Hewlett Packard) and BAA Airports (now Ferrovial).

She stretches coachees to stand back from current mindset and ways of leading, to recognise fulfilment and success enablers and derailers – to then confidently action a purposeful, focused leadership plan. Qualifications and memberships

  • Olivia has a range of advanced coaching, facilitation, psychology and business qualifications. From Sydney University to the Google Leadership Institute, from IMD Business School for MBA topics to the Australian Graduate School of Management – with Bachelors of Economics & Asian Studies from the Australian National University.
  • She is also a practitioner of various diagnostic tools, from Harvard through to the Centre of Creative Leadership Questionnaire.

Personal insights

Olivia’s background is rounded out by her contributions in the ‘for purpose’ space, having served as a Non-Executive Director for an Australian and international touring arts company Belvoir Theatre; as a Committee Member for the Art Gallery of New South Wales; and as a consultant to NFP Boards.

She loves good food and good health; design and film; adventuring and immersing in nature.
